The Prodigy is the blood-soaked tale of small-time criminal enforcer Truman Fisher and his vicious conflict with Claude Rains; a sadistic assassin. The anonymous killer’s exploits are legendary among Truman’s underworld colleagues. Striking with murderous effectiveness and leaving behind few clues, Rains uses his own near-mythical reputation to cloud his presence and even his own existence. Truman must find his lethal enemy before everyone he knows falls prey to outrageous ultraviolence at the hands of a brilliant madman.
