Abandon hope all ye who enter here. IndieFest alumnus Kumakiri’s debut is recommended for aficionados of extreme cinema only - so consider yourself warned.
In the ‘70s, the leader of a group of radicals is sent to prison, and his girlfriend Masami takes control during his absence. She begins to dominate members of the inner circle for her own amusement. Initially Masami uses her sexuality to gain their loyalty and respect, but soon turns to brutality when that doesn’t work out for her.
The group leader commits suicide in his prison cell and the remaining members are thrust headlong into the darkest reaches of the human animal. Withering under paranoia and fear, they slowly turn on each other. When one of them contacts the police, Masami takes them into the mountains where no one is safe and no one is sane.
