We love bizarre, unclassifiable movies that cause brain damage in viewers with delicate constitutions. So we were delighted to stumble across The Calamari Wrestler. Iwata is a championship wrestler with a terminal illness who journeys to Pakistan to be transformed into a giant squid (with human legs). He becomes a national celebrity and proceeds to woo his former flame (who, luckily, has a taste for sushi). Octopus Wrestler and Squilla Boxer (huh?) enter the ring and the seafood battle begins!

Minoru Kawasaki makes dumb-ass meatball comedies (when he isn’t making erotic/special effects monster movies) and refers to himself as “Ed Wood with talent,” but see for yourself.
